"Ms front deck manager Christine Zheng, and all hotel staff included front deck staff, housekeeping, driver, night manager and restaurant team are very friendly, helpful and patient. All smiles and well greets Excellent to Holiday Inn and well done to your hotel team. One area of improvement for Expedia booking APP, information misleads and indicated the hotel located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street (walking distance from hotel)….in actual fact it’s very far away @50 minutes from hotel….resulted need to traveling in and out via local taxi which cost @¥230 per trip (included ¥19 toll fee) or 2 ways ¥500 daily……Screenshot shared with Ms Christine Zheng. Despite the wrong location from Expedia APP….hold it can correct it and A GREAT complement to Holiday inn hotel. THANK YOU Room 642 "

"Outside will scare you, but inside is nice for a small hotel. Services after checked in was exceptional. Lack of English speaking. Receptionist was a little unprofessional. Don’t know how to handle the crowd ( people don’t know how to line up, everyone wanted to be served first, it’s kinda messy). "
