"The hotel was great, few employees speak good english other not so, still they all were willing to help. Even at night when asked about events around the city they printed out event brochures and sent it up to the room with transportation options"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel. "
