" Hilton hotel WangFuJing is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Front Desk manager was very thoughtful, although the central air conditioning was not fully operational, he made an effort to move us to higher floor in hopes of cooler air. Breakfast variety was average. Location was excellent, 2-3 mins walks to APM mall and situated in Wang Fu Jing pedestrian street with lots of delicious dining options. This hotel is ideal for families and would definitely stay here again."

"The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained, it is well-designed with shelfings to place stuffs around in the room. The staffs are polite and they try to speak English though we have no problem to communicate in Chinese. Hotel is walkable from the metro station, but the metro station does not have lift and escalator so have to use the stairs. Location is near to Wangfujing Street, and some good eateries nearby to the hotel such as 紫光园，四季民福."

"I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious. Most importantly, the pool was long enough, even though at times, it was a bit crowded. My only comment was the unavailability of a business center for guest use. (Its center was restricted for privileged guests.) I did inquire the availability of such facility prior to my booking and was told that it existed, but no mentioning of privileged guests was given. I would have brought my own laptop (prefer not to do that during my vacation) or booked some other hotel. At the end, I was given the privilege to only visit the center and use its computer ONCE... this was somewhat disappointing. I started my trip in Vancouver and now continuing with my trip in Hong Kong. The hotels in both cities provided desktop computers, printers, etc. for general use. (Otherwise, why would I be able to type in this comment now!) There will not be much overhead to set up a business center for general use and it will bring much convenience to guests."
