"グーグルマップを見ると空港近くなのですが、いろんな人に聞きながら、１時間かかってようやく到着しました。 空港ターミナル４（国際線）からホテルへの行き方 １）４階出発階の２２番扉から外に出る ２）エレベーターで１階に降りる ３）向かいに見える管制塔に向かって広い道路を横切る 　　ちなみに歩道なし ４）管制塔を左に見ながら、前面に見える高架道路まで進む ５）高架道路下の歩道橋を渡って突き当りを左に曲がる ６）最初に見えるビルにホテルが入っている ７）ホテルの入り口は見る側の反対側 ターミナル４の国際線到着口からなら、徒歩２０分ぐらいの所要時間 ホテルの受付の男性スタッフはまあまあ親切でしたが、英語が通じませんでした。 テレビがつきませんでした。 暖房のききが悪く、温度が上がりませんでした。 チェックアウト後、空港までの送迎があり、ありがたかったのですが、違うターミナル（T3）で降ろされました。 結局、T4まで１５分程度歩きました。 英語が通じず、また施設のふぐあいがありましたが、寝るだけだと割り切っていたので許容範囲でした。 "

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. "在服務台CHECK IN,找了5分鐘也找不到我的預訂,服務員竟然傾向問我是否有訂,講HOTEL.COM佢聽唔明(無培訓?) 最後她的另一位同事找到,她解釋說我打中文名字找不到,原來你是用英文預定(大哥身份證中國人都係中文英文,你還想有那種語言,中文無就好自然打英文啦).已經火火地 比訂金要我比3千,3千你唔係呀?總價住2晚先2千元,你要我比3千,得,如果係你公司規定我都會比,但你原因竟然係話而家未查到你比晒錢未,大哥比晒啦比埋信息你睇啦,你仲想點,你埋EMAIL你睇話金數已付,你都仲係要屈我2千,我問平時比幾錢,佢話1000,我就唔出聲,佢就係咁嬲我比2千,之後會退番比你,大哥我夠知啦,問題係唔憤氣嗎,點解我會比多D,我做錯咩?跟住佢有粒高級少少既人出來了解最後都係比左1千按金. 跟住入房,好激氣,收三個人錢,比二張床,用品全部二個人,火都來,之後朋友去廁所,個廁所都仲有尿未沖廁,仲要塞埋,毛巾一條都無,打電話叫服務台又三吹四請,打5,6次先送齊所有用品,都未講完,不過都唔想再講,簡直垃圾,賓館不如!!!!!如果評分係10分滿分,我會評負一千分!!"
