"The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi. "The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."
