"It had a feeling of being at a B&B, the owners can be seen during breakfast time, making sure his guest are pleased with their stay! The staff was very accommodating. One can ask to see the private art of Mr Elfred Lee, besides seeing some of his work on display around the hotel! For those who want to enjoy a small walk to downton Xalapa this is a great location and it is very quiet area!"

"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."
