"If the property is repaired (replacement of old balcony doors & security access, the ambience of the place would improve remarkably. The carpet and lounge furniture need a steam clean urgently! The bathroom plumbing needs to be fixed (in apartment 2). Otherwise we loved the location, the friendliness of the neighbourhood and essence of the apartment set up! I will stay there again definitely! "

Getting around was easy as what wasn't within walking distance could be gotten to inexpensively via public transit. "The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location near light rail and ferry stops. My only suggestions for improvement would be letting incoming guests know that access is either through the Oaks Hotel if using the front entrance or through the fourth storey of an adjoining carpark if arriving by light rail. Overall though a very comfortable apartment at a very affordable price for the area. Great historical connection to early Sydney as well. Overall though...
