"Stunning drive in in late evening all very impressive, we ate at the hotel from the bar menu which was not offered initially until we asked for it. Our room was in the cottages, heating was off, november stay so would have expected a warm welcome. could get the TV to work despite good instructions. "Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
