"The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Wroclaw along one of the main roads. On arrival, it gave an impression that it was very quiet because the reception area was very dim. In fact, the hotel was full because of a wedding party being held there that day. The receptionist was not clear if we had paid in advance or need to pay at the property. "The ibis was handy for the train station and bus from the airport stops outside it. About a 20min walk to market square. Room was nice and bright and breakfast was good. Defo return to this hotel"

"Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places. However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies....

"Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet."
