"Enjoyed our stay. Everthing you need is available, from cluttery to tumble dryer. Castles and nice walking tours are close by."

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall ist Schimmel und danach riecht es auch. Die Betten sind schmutzig und in einem kam uns ein Floh entgegen gesprungen. Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Geld gibt's keins zurück weil wir uns angeblich nicht an den Notfallplan gehalten haben. Wollten uns mit einem kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Reise abspeisen. Nie wieder belvilla. Übrigens wurde der Schlüssel nicht übergeben. Er lag unter der Fußmatte am Hintereingang.😱"

It was every thing there what we needed, very good kitchen equipment, there was a beamer and the sauna outside was very nice :) my friends and I were super happy and we had a great time there. Also the host is very polite and helpful ! We would recommend it to everyone ;)"

"Haben uns gut in der Natur erholt. Küche und Wohnbereich, allerdings für 8 Personen im Winter zu klein. Leider war ein Whirpool,wie angegeben, nicht vorhanden. Aber eine sehr schöne Terasse für den Sommer."

"Lage und Haus waren sehr gut. Für eine recht teure Woche war die Ausstattung (Küche, Schüsseln, Tassen, Handtücher, Matratzen) allerdings medioker. Die Abrechnung des Verbrauchs unseriös und überteuert: Strom 13€, Gas konnte der Vermieter nicht messen, Wasser wurde nicht abgefragt. Stattdessen wurden wir per sms aufgefordert, pauschal 100€ auf den Tisch legen."

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo ❤️ Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlen muss. Der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir hatten keinerlei Dinge zu beanstanden. Ganz im Gegenteil, es ist alles da, was man benötigt, wirklich alles, sogar getrocknete Tee Kräuter und eine liebe Flasche selbstgemachter Hauswein ❤️ Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen ❤️Es ist...

"Idealne miejsce, aby poczuć klimat Dolnego Śląska. Stary dom z duszą do wyłącznej dyspozycji, kawałek gospodarstwa (kury, świeże jajka!!!), oczko wodne, gdzie można wędkować i się przekąpać, gwarantują odpoczynek na tysiąc sposobów. Piękna i spokojna okolica doskonała na spacery i wycieczki rowerowe. W bliskim zasięgu mnóstwo miejsc na wypady do zamków, tam, tuneli i w Karkonosze - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do tego przesympatyczni, zawsze pomocni gospodarze - wrócimy tutaj na pewno."
