"The hotel was conveniently placed for a function I was attending. I contacted the owner to discuss a slightly earlier check in..no problem at all. On arrival we were greeted and made welcome by the owner. A spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Top quality ingredients and all in all a great experience "

"There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room."

"Such a bad check in. Took 15-20 minutes to get me into the room, which was terrible. Pictures on adverts did not represent the place. Shared bathroom with no toilet seat. Just such a bad experience. I prepaid for 2 nights and paid for another hotel second night so I didn’t have to stay. "

We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. "Lovely..nice & modern apartment..well cleaned but had only 2 tiny heaters on the wall. It was a square type. Thes 1 in the living room and 1 in the the bedroom..with not alot of heat coming out..there was a waste. There was a wooden burning stove but the wood supplied didnt last long & then it was £5 for another bag..alternatively the wood could be purchased at a store in the village but it was very windy & wet to go out"

"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code. "The room was amazing and comfortable. There was refurbishment going on while we were there but the was not any disturbance of noise. The only downfall was the breakfast, the hot food often run out with long waiting time for this to be replenished."

"This hotel did not disappoint! A perfect option for a family stay. The room was well laid out with a fridge and great tea/coffee/biscuits and toiletries provided. Such a fantastic idea having a fully working kitchen on the floor which we could access. We were greeted by very welcoming reception team and our son was given a little quiz to do. It was all very family focused. Would definitely stay again! :)"
