"Situated just outside the entrance to the old town, the hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, and overall the location is very quiet. "The stay was comfortable and quiet. I did not use the spa, as I arrived pretty late for my one night stay, but the facility looked very inviting. My only less than stellar note to this property is the lack of an air conditioning system. It was a stuffy summer night and so I needed to have the window open. One or several of my neighbors had a smoking habit which seemed to keep them smoking outside their room all night and into the morning and that smoke consistently entered my room."

"Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zur Frankentherme. Abendbuffet recht gut. Leider war am letzten Tag eine sehr grosse (50 bis 100 Personen) zählende Kneipensportmanschaft (Dart) angereist die entsprechend weitgehend ungestört bis mindestens 1 Uhr nachts direkt am Hotel laut Krach gemacht haben. Die Polizei hat die laute Musik auf dem Nachbarparkplatz zwar ab 22:30 unterbunden dafür wurde dann aber am Hoteleingang laut geredet und gelacht, und der massive Zigarettenqualm kam im Zimmer 2....

"The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"
