"Peter and Kaye were GREAT hosts. The place was immaculate and exactly what was described online. More than enough room for me, my wife and 15 year old daughter. They even left a bottle of Chardonnay for our Friday night arrival and Peter brought over 2 great beers!! Their 2 dogs were VERY friendly and my daughter just loved them. Set in a lovely village between two traditional Cotswold towns with lots of nice shops and pubs and restaurants to visit. Would book again if back in the area."

"We booked this place only for a couple of nights as we needed somewhere to stay whilst i attended a local hospital. The property itself is nicely renovated, keeping old features of the barn with modern heating and bathroom etc which was lovely. Checkin was easy and the owners were nearby if needed but not intrusive. Nice big sofa and clean everywhere, nice bath and underfloor heating. The surrounding area is lovely, and I imagine if we attended during a time where the whole country wasnt...

"The Old Baker House was idyllic; it had oodles of charm and all the mod coms, comfortable sleeping too. All while nestled in the wonderful village of Stonesfield. Enjoyed the newly revived local pub, make many locals and Rosamund was the best! Thanks for a perfect stay!"

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"We enjoyed our stay there very much. We arrived in late November and were delighted to see Christmas decorations in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Our host was very responsive and eager to please. We would definitely stay there again if going back to Woodstock."
