"If your looking for a huge 4 star complex, head down the road to the Hilton. However, if your looking for a great hotel, with fantastic staff, in the best location possible (step out of the lobby onto the beach!) this place is for you. "The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort.
