"Beautiful,, clean property with everything you needed, lovely uninterrupted views,. great hosts, perfect peace and tranquility. Great location, some lovely, pretty local pubs with great food. Booking again for next year. "

"Visiting family in Cotswold area, stayed in the Kinsale Cottage, 4 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. Downstairs with open livingroom/dining area - also the view of the lake is very nice and we sat on the deck whenever weather allowed. Upstairs the back bedroom is very nice, the 2 twins br are a cosy but doable, and the double worked as a childrens br. Neil was by to check with us, and also put in a gate for the stairs. Very happy to stay here again. We visited local spots: pubs, stone circles, RR...

"Just back from a fantastic week staying at Spring Lake, the house was lovely and we enjoyed watching people having fun on the lake. Neil the host was very attentive and always answered any online questions very quickly. He very kindly let us enter the property a few hours earlier than stated which we very much appreciated. The area has lots to offer, and we enjoyed trips out to Bibury trout farm, Oxford and Legoland plus lots of walks.. We highly recommend a stay at this property."

"Had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend and stay again if ever we are in the area. Great location and everything about our stay was fab!😊 Lovely apartment which had everythiing you could need. The welcome email was helpful and insightful. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast supplies and there was a good selection of drinks. Really liked the effort with recycling which so many places neglect. We had a great, relaxing break - thank you "

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"It was a perfect property for a large family getting together from different parts of the world. The house is spacious with many sleeping options and well equipped for large groups including cooking facilities. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. We had a great time. "

"This hotel is a little remote but that adds to the charm. The staff were friendly and treated us well. The room was spacious, a little cool but well designed. There was a microwave and small air fryer and fridge in the room, however no utensils other than disposable bamboo plates and wooden cutlery, it wasn’t used but could be helpful to know. The breakfast was very good, fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast as well. The resident cat Doris is a gentle and friendly little old lady aged 19, she is a star member of staff "
