"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open from morning to evening for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack or a drink from the bar. There is easy, free parking behind the restaurant and hotel building, and a mall close by. My room was cleaned every day. It was in the back of the building and very quiet. "Loved this hotel, the bed was comfy, the bath was long enough for me(!!), and the location is perfect! We stayed on the 11th floor and could barely hear any of the street noise from the surrounding areas. Everything was nice and clean, and easy to use. We did have to pay a €100 deposit upon arrival which I was told would be refunded upon checkout, however I haven't received it yet (3 days later). "Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. "The apartment is very close to the Rotterdam Central Station. There are different apartments at the same place. The apartment 11 is on the ground floor, so it is very easy to reach. It is quite spacious, with toilet, bathroom, kitchen with complete amenities. Washing machine and a small fridge are also available. Just the location in the google map is not very accurate. From the central station, it is further down the road. Overall, very satisfied. "
