"Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."

"The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk from Rotterdam station and has many eatery choices. When we first arrived we were a little dubious about what the hotel would be like due to the area that it’s in. We didn’t feel unsafe but it was full of interesting characters. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised that although this is a 3 star hotel it is very, very clean with large rooms and because we were at the back it was very quiet.
