"Overall an okay experience. There wasn’t a single soul available at the reception desk when we arrived around 3:40 so we weren’t sure how to proceed with the check in. Our room was cozy and comfortable however the toilet was running making noise all through the night . Food is very overpriced resulting in us and others eating offsite. We were also surprised that a nice hotel like this would also charge for parking. There seems to be a shortage of staff and our relatives room also was not cleaned...

"Cute place, pics make it look nicer than it was but it was clean and spacious. Gated entrance and exit which made it feel safer since the room entrances are on the outside. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, it is located in the mansion. Staff was super friendly. "

"The room was very nice and clean. The ladies that greeted us at check-in and check-out were both lovely. They greeted us with a smile and were very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend them if you are staying in the area. "

"the elevators where pretty slow so we used the stairs often. which was really the only down side. the place was super quiet, staff was friendly. and the convince of being able to walk to food places as well as a grocery store right across the street. I also didn't like that I was not able to use my husband card to pay for the room since the reservation was in my name even tho he was standing right next to me. and I stated that it was for 2 adult and 1 child. "

"Since the last review I gave. The staff has improved. I have been service like I had expected. Floors are being vacuum and trash is being taken out. I’m not sure on the changing bed sheets. I believe it’s every 3 days. If that’s true i haven’t received that. If I need anything property manager, Oma has told me to contact her personally and she will take care of it"
