"We stayed May 2024. The house is basically brand new and a gorgeous build. It’s not beachfront, and doesn’t offer much in terms of views, but its price friendly accordingly and it’s easy proximity to a couple convenient spots in town came in handy (particularly the British deli that did some great egg sandos). Not only was the unit located right across from the beach, it looked brand new inside and was impeccably clean. We were blown away by the decor and amenities. "Great house for a family getaway ! Lots of room for everyone. The garage is filled with fun, bikes, tubes, kayaks, ect. While you dont have the bigger waves in the water as you do on the ocean side, you can kayak or float around in the water for hours if you want to. It worked very well for the younger children with us."
