"Great hotel, location and brilliant staff! Room upgraded on arrival which was great, plenty of parking behind the hotel. Room amenities very good including the iPad to send messages to reception/order food. Breakfast was one of the best."

"Absolutely brilliant 4 * hotel just three miles from the centre of Norwich, charging about a third less than the equivalent city centre hotels (and the same price as the very basic city centre Travelodge / Premier Inns). We paid just £10 a night more for the superior double which was well worth it. Very spacious with extra seating. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and appointed, plentiful communal areas and welcoming and helpful staff. Dining, breakfast and the bar were very good quality and very good value. Outstanding value for money all round. Well done Sprowston Manor! "

"Amazing apartments!!! Clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and studio apartment was really big! The directions on the hotels.com app were useless and plotted to the wrong place! Would advise to go on to the apartments website directly which will take you right to them!"

"Great hotel for families. Kids eat free, get activity packs and treats. Nice warm swimming pool, play area in the restaurant to keep them occupied & everything you could need for breakfast! We use the hotel every year to see the seals at Nearby Horsey Gap but probably spend more time in the pool!"

"My husband and i booked an overnight stay for valentines day, we were greeted warmly by very friendly staff, the hotel itself was very inviting with beautiful decor and a relaxed vibe our dining experience was lovely amazing food served by a very sweet waitress followed by a delicious breakfast the next day. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean with everything accessible for an overnight stay, we loved the little valentines touches added to our stay little heart chocolates on our pillows and beautiful red roses on the dining table for dinner followed by a fantasic jazz band playing throughout the evening. We would both highly recommend visiting this hotel it did not disappoint, we will certainly be visiting again soon."
