"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"

"Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."

"The complex is really nice and the pool is lovely. The neighbours are mostly friendly and the apartment is comfortable. There is a small patio out front with tables, chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is functional but the oven was a bit of a challenge! The down side was an infestation of ants which were all over the work surfaces and were coming up behind the splashbacks. They could do with a bead of mastic around the edges to hopefully stop them. A tv was on the list of amenities but there was no power lead or remote which didn’t affect us but might disappoint some. A car is needed realistically but there is a Lidl five minutes away by road. Overall though we had a smashing week"
