"This is a very quiet place, bedroom has plenty of space. Close to Storyland, downtown Jackson and Conway. A number of places to eat around the vicinity. Manager was very accommodating and helpful."

The resort was quiet even with a lot of people staying here, and a lot with kids. Good amenities. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. As were most of the staff we ran into. Continental breakfast was lavish and delicious. I’ve stayed here before and this place gets better and better each year. High ratings and I will return. "

"Great stay. Nick at the front desk is so nice and accommodated early check in and late check out. Very clean and great breakfast. My son loved the indoor pool (too cold for the adults) and hot tub. Super close to the Ice Castles and the Riverwalk at Loon (Rhythm Cider Tap & Grille is great and so is the Boba Tea Garden). Can't wait to come back!"

"Good stay for the price. Stayed on ground floor and the people above were a bit loud one night but that is no fault of the hotels. Just maybe a good reminder for people to try to be a bit quieter on upper levels! Otherwise excellent stay, comfortable beds and good location for dinning and skiing! "

"There could be some updates, bathroom grout and caulking needs replacing. Shower wasn’t able to sustain temp because the “handle” would slip."
