"The Berrima Motel is convenient, safe, clean and perfect for a short (or long?) visit to Berrima and the surrounding area. We enjoyed a day trip to Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls before a lazy evening at the local pub across the road. Our rooms were spotless clean, check in was seamless (albeit don't arrive before 2pm) and very quiet. Absolutely no complaints. We've now stayed there twice in 2024 and would always use it as first option for future visits."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning, character-filled cottage in Berrima, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully styled home that perfectly blended comfort and charm. The cosy fireplace and comfortable beds made for a wonderfully relaxing stay, and the stylish interiors added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. The local area was a delight to explore. We particularly loved visiting Baked In Berrima, an Italian bakery where everything we tried was “bellissimo,” and Gumnut Patisserie, where the coffee and donuts were absolutely delicious. Our host, Sarah, was exceptional. She was not only attentive and caring but also went out of her way to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. She even made thoughtful arrangements for our two whippets, who, unfortunately, had to stay home at the last minute. Her care and attention to detail made us feel incredibly well looked after. We can’t recommend this cottage enough. If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful getaway in Berrima, this is the perfect place to stay."

"When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. No charming vistas, just a grotty dam and rubbish. To be fair, the bathrooms were modern and clean. The beds were also clean But 18.5 hours after reporting the issues to Holiday Rental Specialists, nothing had been rectified as had been promised, so we left. Do not stay here. There are plenty of places at similar cost in the surrounding areas that are much higher quality and have much better customer service. Zero stars for Holiday Rental Specialists. One star for Cedar Cottage - the video and description are clearly from when the property was first rented (maybe a decade ago). This place needs a serious deep clean, some new decor and long overdue TLC. Also, sack your cleaner."
