"Walm welcome from the owners. My small single room was at the very top and my case was carried up for me and down at the end of the stay. A kitchen was available to make drinks and warm up food. That was good. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was well positioned with easy access to York centre. I enjoyed my stay. "

Location, it is very near in bus stops that could take you in a few minutes to the city center. I enjoy my stay here as much as I enjoy traveling York. "Very quiet and and clean. Typical English cottage taken from a history movie, with a homey feeling. Loved staying there. Walked to town easily when the weather was good, or took the buss (station very close). Would love to stay there again when visiting York. "
