"We had a nice time and would definitely visit again. Maybe next time when the snow is melted. Navigating our way to the hot tub was tricky but we managed. Although chopping wood for the fireplace was part of the ambience it proved to be too difficult for our abilities so we ran to town to buy wood. We loved the cabin. "

"We had a 10/10 experience at the cabin in Alta! Hot tub in the snow, elk spotted each day & the most interestingly cozy cabin we have ever stayed in made our vacation amazing. Could not recommend this place enough! "

"Love the surrounding area. Appreciate this cute historic cabin near creek. Our black lab had a wonderful time dipping in creek while we roasted hot dogs at the fire pit. We found the one room cabin with electricity comfortable and welcoming and used the provided toaster, microwave and frig. There is no running water which suited us just fine. "We needed a place for part of our fire crew to stay for a few nights while working in the area. The cabin was cozy and had all the amenities to make their stay comfortable. Host was communicative and available to answer all questions. Thank you for making our crews stay a memorable one!"

"We had a lovely time. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for my large family. This is our second time staying there. It was disappointing that we had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels. Normally that stuff is provided. That is our only complaint. We would stay there again. "

"We stayed in this cabin for two weeks. It is in a great area where we have a lot of things we like to visit, such as the many trails, fishing, views of the mountains and close to Dillon. The cabin was well supplied with comfortable furniture/beds, roomy and had great views. Kolby is very responsive to any questions, etc. Really nice place to stay to relax in a small and quiet community. Even with neighbors, it feels private. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay was overall great. The views were amazing, we loved having access to the fire place, the house was roomy for the group of people we had. When we arrived, there was mouse poop everywhere in the house. On the bedding, on the kitchen counters, in the drawers, all over the plates, pots and pans etc. throughout the weekend we saw and killed 4 mice in the house and every morning we woke up to new mouse droppings throughout the house. There is a serious mouse problem in the house and it didn’t...

"I can't say enough good things about this property and the people who own/run it. This was a memorial trip for my husband who lost his battle with cancer. We were so well taken care of, spoiled with extras which made the trip extra special. I highly recommend this place! We will be making this a yearly trip we loved it so much."
