There are a lot of rules, be sure to read the listing. No more than 4 vehicles in driveway, no more than 3 people in hot tub, kitchen is full of high end appliances that come with rules. "We stayed in this cabin for two weeks. It is in a great area where we have a lot of things we like to visit, such as the many trails, fishing, views of the mountains and close to Dillon. The cabin was well supplied with comfortable furniture/beds, roomy and had great views. Kolby is very responsive to any questions, etc. Really nice place to stay to relax in a small and quiet community. Even with neighbors, it feels private. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay was overall great. The views were amazing, we loved having access to the fire place, the house was roomy for the group of people we had. When we arrived, there was mouse poop everywhere in the house. On the bedding, on the kitchen counters, in the drawers, all over the plates, pots and pans etc. throughout the weekend we saw and killed 4 mice in the house and every morning we woke up to new mouse droppings throughout the house.
