"This hotel was perfect for our stay. It is centrally located to Oelwein downtown so we were able to walk to our event and the downtown area. They served a nice hot breakfast. They aslo have a washer and dryer that we did not discover until we left but that was a nice added bonus."

"The host was great with communication and she even purchased a highchair for my 12 month grandchild. The home is new construction and very comfortable. It was nice having my adult children and their families under one roof during our family's loss. Stars 🌟 all around for this gem. "

"We had a group consisting of grandparents, parents of adult children, adult children and two younger kids. This spaces worked perfectly with space for all and lots of things to do. We were able to use the shop for group meals and all eat together. My only suggestion is to decrease the amount of fragrance used in the main house. It was overpowering to those of us sensitive to perfumes. "
