"We had a delightful stay at the cottage during our quick weekend trip to Mendocino. The location was perfect right in the middle of town and we were able to walk down to the Headlands State Park as well as the downtown art galleries and cafes. Heather is a fantastic host and we will absolutely seek this place out on our next trip to Mendocino."

"Really enjoyed the cozy vibes of the cottage and well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The view is seriously amazing. Very special to get to relax by the beautiful coastal cliffs. One thing: The doors to the deck look like they're made to open all the way up (and presumably were intended for this) but actually got stuck and became immovable. Flipping through the guidebook for a solution we eventually found a sticky note that said 'don't open the doors, they'll get stuck' -- which is both too little...

"I lived in Sonoma Co for years several years ago and have returned many times. I found this neighborhood, in a great location, new to me though I have driven by. It's a neighborhood of ranchettes and the No Outlet road makes for a nice walk. The facilities were comfortable and clean. We were very happy with it. We did have some trouble checking in because of very weak signals (had to drive back to starbucks to get internet). VRBO confessed they were having trouble at the time, though I would...

"Everything as described and as noted by previous guests. Only "negatives" maybe that there isn't a microwave, and the bathroom sink has no room to put things on (so my wife did her makeup at the kitchen table). Otherwise it was a terrific place. Great communication with Frank. Thank you."
