"Staff at the property were well trained but the staff at the spa were not at the same level. Think it is not operated by Fairmont and it shows in the service and cleanliness. It is pretty expensive for a poor experience. People that came in after us decided to leave as it did not “meet the experience they were looking for” Restaurant food was excellent. "The staff communication IF THE BEST ! They keep in touch with you till you arrive! They changed from keys to pin pad which was so convenient! Truly had an amazing stay , everything was clean and more stuff provided when asked . Suggested mats for kitchen and they took the suggestion .
