"Beautiful location next to the river. The teepee was very clean and included a heated mattress pad and extra blankets. The refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee pot all worked perfectly. The bath house was cleaned daily, they provided towels (we brought ours but ended up needing the extra) shower water was hot, toilets were clean. The host was extremely quick to respond to messages. We adventured around the area during the day, there is a TON to do if you love the outdoors. Would def stay...

"We had a great time staying in our tipi. It was super clean and cute! I read other reviews and (although they do have a heated blanket in addition to regular blankets) I was glad I brought an extra quilt from home. It was a frosty night. Other folks had their fires going - my only regret is that I wish we’d brought firewood! :)"

"My stay here was great! The site was clean and matched the description exactly. It was great for an overnight get away. I bring my dog everywhere so it is great that it is pet freindly. I was able to let him swim in the river behind the site. The tipee included a heater/air conditioner if tempatures outside became uncomfortable. The bed was king size and heated. The bathrooms were nice, clean, and just a short walk from the site. They do not include towels in the stay, which is made clear, but...

"We were told they were calling for rain so we should probably have a 4 x 4. We have a 37 foot motorhome with a trailer and it sounded like we would get stuck if we came. I thought it was a campground but It wasn’t worth the risk of getting stuck. So we forfeited the money instead of paying for a wrecker."

"The Cozy Cabin was a great set up for our annual hiking trip. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All instructions were accurate and the listing was exactly as described. The hot tub was key after long days out on the trails. The host was very helpful and able to send over replacement propane tanks for the fire pit, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again. "
