"Perfect location for visiting downtown Lexington. Condo was very clean and had all the convinces of home. Pictures of the condo are accurate, however the distance to Rupp Area are a much longer walk than what I had thought. Parking is a challenge. The icing on the cake was the Halloween parade and Thriller reenactment were directly in from of our building. If I were coming at the same time of year would definitely rent this condo again. Our host was a jewel to work with. Would recommend friends...

It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes...
