"The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. "

"Quiet neighborhood. House was older but very clean and as described. Was notified upon arrival dishwasher was broken. Driveway a little narrow for bigger vehicles. Didnt see in description prior to booking that the property has additional rentals right next to house. Would have probably chnaged my mind in booking had i known that. Was odd to have other people walking property while we had it booked. "

"The cottage was just what we needed. Was perfect for our little family. The living area is not that big if you have alot of people joining you. But theres plenty outdoor space to spend time at. The gazebo has a fireplace and plenty of room. Will stay here again."

"We had a nice stay here. The grandparents joined us and worked great with the additional adu. If you want to spend time outside, bring some chairs as outside seating is limited. The house is sparse but kitchen had everything needed. The hot water heater had issues in the main house and the property manager was very responsive and did what they could for us."

"Was a great rental property lots of room for adults, kids and grandkids. We all had a great time lots of games for the kids and the covered outdoor areas are great. Grandkids spent a lot of time in the party room as they called it. Definitely will rent again when we go to Winchester Bay."
