"My wife & I stayed at Gary's place for 4 nights. It's a great set-up for us - easy parking, privacy, peaceful around the clock. The view of the lake was off-the-hook.I read a review about a hectic 4th of July party, but that has to be way out of the ordinary. We did meet Gary once as we were leaving - he's easy going and super nice. The main space of the apartment is clean, comfortable and had some nice retro features - which we enjoy. Thanks for a great stay, Gary!!!"

"Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) "

"Was a great rental property lots of room for adults, kids and grandkids. We all had a great time lots of games for the kids and the covered outdoor areas are great. Grandkids spent a lot of time in the party room as they called it. Definitely will rent again when we go to Winchester Bay."
