"This is an older property that has been chopped up into various apartments. Layout is a little crazy in that you enter from the rear into a bedroom. The two bedrooms adjoin and one can only be entered by going through the bathroom or the other bedroom. We only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen but the layout there also seemed dysfunctional."

"It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week. "

"the stay was great, the road down to the property is rough and slippery because of the loose gravel, but the property was well-equipped if you needed anything you may have forgotten from home decor, it was a bit strange as it is a beach/dune property, the bed sheets are stained and they should be replaced"

"Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) "

"We had a very nice stay at this little studio rental. The views and beach were incredible. The studio's furniture and bed were very comfortable. The property and gardens were beautiful and well kept. The only drawback was that the property's second rental unit accessed the beach across our little yard so we were constantly seeing them run in front of our view and picture window. "This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...
