"The front desk staff were enormously helpful in checking me in with a last minute reservation. The property is super stylish, with a very cute pool. Incredible location with tons of hip restaurants, coffeeshops, yoga studios, bars - within a few blocks. It also smells really good for some reason everywhere in the hotel which was just a nice bonus! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and super comfy."

"Our room was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable. Charming with full kitchen, living area and balcony that overlooked the ocean. Separate bedroom for us - with comfortable pullout for kids. Loved the convenience of the washer / dryer in the room. It’s bright and light and loved the happy wall art. The beach guys with chair set up were really good - fun and professional. "The review says tell us about your stay, however, there never was a stay. I tried contacting the owner to go over the check in process, a man answered the number saying that he was given that number and he was sorry he couldn't help me. Concerning but I saw I could email them so I did and I got no response. I then saw other reviews from other individuals receiving poor service or no service like myself. Hotels.com needs to remove their account so they can't get away with scamming hard working...
