"There is nothing charming about this apartment. Nothing. When you walk in, it smells like an ashtray combined with a damp odor. The smell was so bad, I had to purchase candles and glad plugin's in order to stay there for the duration. The listing advertises a television, which it did have. However, the wall outlet didn't work. So, again, I had to purchase a 25 ft' cable extension to run across the unit in order to plug in television and my laptop in order to work at the table and that was on top...

"Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay."
