"Dear Expedia Family I wanted to share my experiences from our trip to Jamaica, which began on March 24th, 2025. Overall, it was quite an adventure! Our arrival at Montego Bay airport went smoothly around 3:30 PM. "Front desk was a little of a pain when i was leaving. The i came to realize there were only 2 bellman onduty to service entire hotel. As a pregnant woman traveling alone I had to carry my bags myself from one side of the property to the next or miss my ride home. "

"This is our second stay here. The property is beautiful, the villas are spacious and they have great outdoor amenities. The food is good at the buffet but I wish there were more food options throughout the day. The buffet got boring and room service and snack bar food is not good at all.
