"I loved this property! This resort was very private, family friendly, couples friendly. There wasnt much pools but the ones that was there was very cute and demour. The staff was super friendly and understanding. I felt safe. The food was delicious and drinks were on point!. We went on a weekday unfortunately some restaurants were closed. This hotel is also not to far from Mo Bay airport. The scenery was amazing and you can actually pay to have a private dinner on the beach. Speaking of the beach they had a jerk chicken stand there . That jerk chicken was great! I loved this place and will definitely come back. "

However, as soon as I entered Hotel 39, my perception changed. Despite my initial skepticism, the receptionist, the security guard at the gate, and even the general manager impressed me with their warm greetings and helpful demeanor. The level of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff was truly remarkable. While I refrain from singling out specific individuals to avoid any unintended implications, I must emphasize that every staff member I interacted with deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. I would easily rate the service provided by the staff at Hotel 39 a perfect score of 100 out of 100. Their attentiveness and courteousness surpassed that of many larger establishments in Montego Bay and surrounding areas. It is important to note that Hotel 39 caters more towards adult clientele and solo travelers, making it an ideal choice for business trips or leisure stays for adults. I would not recommend this venue for families with children, as the atmosphere and amenities are tailored towards a more mature audience.
