"Myra, Jolene, and Max were super efficient and helpful. Honestly everyone there was! Booked my stay for a Pokémon tournament happening in the downtown area, I didn't even know they offered a shuttle to the convention center, free of charge! (Only thought it was from-to the airport) They let me know when I was waiting for an Uber, and asked the shuttle guys to take us. Was super helpful and considerate. The only issue that they didn't have control over was poor Wi-Fi. Jolene offer us another Wi-Fi to use instead of the default one the hotel comes with and still was a poor connection. She really tried to help and loved that she did that. She instructed us to make sure we forget the previous Wi-Fi and still was not a great connection. We couldn't join the last tournament day of Pokémon due to it disconnect and reconnect issue as we needed to upload our results via Switch & Computer early times in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay and would book again.. but, with a hotspot next time. That's our own fault 😊 The area around does have a lot of homeless around but has very convenient areas like a Chervon gas station, McDonald's, and Denny's for last minute walking distance things. Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff there managing the breakfast room was so lovely, and helpful. Let them do the waffle-thingy for you! It does get messy if you do it wrong. Cleaning staff was great too! Would stay again.. but, with a hotspot. Thank you all for everything! Keep at it."

"Oh man oh man what can I say. From the very beginning it was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!!! I loved how friendly ALL the staff were and even loved my interaction with valet. They made it so easy to house my car and retrieve it. All friendly and full of wonderful smiles. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the building and looking at ALL the pictures filled with history. The room!!! What can I say but it exceeded my expectations all the way around. I had a wonderful view of our downtown skyline!! Loved the location and loved my walks. With this being our first time ever in such a wonderful place, Both me and my husband can’t wait to plan another stay with them!!!! I was totally in awe and couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you Hyatt House for such a wonderful experience. "

"Excellent welcoming by Ajay and Alexis, and very professional room service by Renata and breakfast service by Daisy. The hotel has a gym and is right by the breakfast area. Very easy and convenient for the remote workers or travel nurses. Thank you, I will be back. "

"Beautiful boat and the food was excellent on the restaurant. The seals can get a little loud if you are on the river side, but they weren’t bad and the front desk offers ear plugs haha. Very nice area to stay "
