"We were SO grateful to find a hotel with a suite that offered beds for our whole family! We have 3 teenage boys and everyone slept comfortably. There were 2 bathrooms, a king bed, 2 doubles, and a couch that converted into a double bed. Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The general area was plagued with homelessness, but the hotel had security onsite to increase safety. Location was very convenient to our events at Old Sacramento waterfront and the State Capitol. "When I book a hotel for an in expensive price, there is a second thought regarding the condition and safety of the property . For my surprise the room was clean , adequate supplies , quite and no noise from the traffic despite in the middle of the town . The staffs were courteous . Only thing that I did not like the grab and go breakfast . If anyone looking for a healthy start as breakfast it is not the one. For that price of hotel rooms the hotel management can remove that breakfast option...

"The staff are excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean and don’t stink. Bathroom is clean and showers work great with hot water at all times. You can’t beat the price. Breakfast is loaded with Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, and much more. Although the area isn’t the best - you can tell the owner and staff do their best to keep up on the cleanliness of the property. "Anytime I come to sac I will always stay at this hotel! The customer service was the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael at the check in desk was so helpful and even hooked my partner and I up with free drink vouchers when we told him it was our anniversary! Later in the night at the bar we met Renae who was so sweet and talked with us the whole time we were there making sure we liked our drinks. 10/10 would recommend, this was the best way to spend our anniversary!"

"This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"
