"The holiday always starts with an overnight at the Hampton by Hilton - warm welcome by nice people, a friendly place where crucially you get SUCH a good nights sleep, there really is nothing we don't like about arriving and staying here. I'm never doing 2am drives to the airport again!!"

"Nice hotel, modern and well maintained. There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles. " My first night was disappointing as there was lots of door slamming noise through the night. However, the manager called me to apologise and put me into a lovely quiet room for my second night. thank you (Maybe you could consider amending the door closures so they don't loudly slam? or put up notices asking guests to close the doors carefully)"
