"Amazing property! All staff were super nice and helpful. Pool and spa area was lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and classic. The free dinner and breakfast buffets where shining stars. Hotel is a short walk from venues, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back."

I was shocked how belligerent she was .. i was not in any way impressed with her customer service skills.. I was close to telling her off.
