"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"My family had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland home, which was conveniently located in a beautiful area just outside of the city. The house was lovely and outfitted with everything we needed. The living areas were bright and spacious, and everyone enjoyed the indoor pool with the big-screen television! Host communication was exceptional.
