"We came into town for a Browns game and were thrilled with this hotel. It’s really nice inside, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly and responsive. Our TV remote stopped working and someone fixed the issue in minutes. The lounge area and bar were great. Best of all though is the location - it’s a ten minute walk to the stadium and to the downtown bars and restaurants. There was also a plaza across the street with bars and restaurants as well. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel because we were only there for one night but the on site restaurants did look really nice. The valet parking was convenient. I was thrilled with this hotel, especially considering it was very reasonably priced. I’d definitely stay again! "

"Beautiful ambiance. Would've liked to stay in room above rotunda. If you stay request one, we were in back rooms quiet but, no veiw. Room was clean and modern. Front desk super nice. Bed comfortable uber to flats and surrounding restaurants. ."

"My dad, brother, cousin and I drove to Cleveland for the Fins Browns game and had an excellent stay from start to finish. The lobby smelled amazing as soon as we walked in which I find important. The room and facilities were super nice and staff was great. "
