My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. "This is a really nice property on a quiet street, which served as a great place to relax and take a break between exploring Buffalo and the surrounding area. Upstairs tenants are quiet, and the apartment was very clean and ready for us. "

"The house and property need some work still. The pictures definitely make it look way nicer than it actually is imo. The owner was very fast in communicating back to us, so that was a big plus. The pool had issues, the grass in the back yard was over grown and not managed well, was not one of our best stays, but got the job done. "
