"We were pleased with the privacy, how you provided map of the lake and easy access to kayaks. The huge yard with lots of seating was a plus, I was able to watch grandson roam and explore. Chris had good communication and available by phone. The Bonus was the early check-in, this is a selling point. No waiting around when your family is ready to rest. "This location to Noah's Ark was easily accessible, free wifi, free cable, free parking, very reasonably priced, very clean with an amazing free breakfast. "This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great home base, and had a welcoming feel to it. The children loved it the moment we arrived! They had fun running up and down the beautiful lush green rolling hills in the back yard. It was so close to the ark that we were able to pop home for lunch and then go back again for the afternoon. Two of the bedrooms were on the lower level of a walkout basement and the kids were not scared and didn't mind. I believe this was due to the open concept type access to the lower level. The dining area is cozy as there were 7 of us, so we did have to turn the table sideways and were happy to find 2 fold up chairs in the MB closet for all of us to fit around the table, there was another spare cushioned chair in the bedroom if there had been 8 of us. It was great that everyone had a spot to go and just relax on their own instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. The house was close to downtown and some of us were able to walk there to look at a few of the shops. We also enjoyed playing board games at the table in the evening! We had brought some, but also found a few more in the bench by the front door! Thank you Ashley & Todd, you're home is lovely! We truly enjoyed our stay! "
