Staff was helpful. Room was good, although door lock didn’t work, and the Venetian blinds next to the door has a couple broken slats. Shower was wonderful. Breakfast offerings were meager.

This property must have paid people for the good reviews, because this place was disgusting, nothing like the pictures shown. Everything was filthy, tv didn’t even work correctly, outlets didn’t work, floor coming apart, blinds broken, also chords on blinds didn’t work, bathroom gross, floors all dirty. We travel a lot all over the U.S, and we keep a note book of the places we won’t stay again, and this property is at the top of the list. In fact this property has made me decide to check out the property first before booking, these reviews can’t be accurate, there isn't that many people who would consider this place acceptable. You say “no pets” why not, it couldn’t be any worse!

The property was convenient to where we were going, clean and staff very friendly. The room was comfortable, but the floors need to be repaired. Beds were nice. The breakfast served our needs.We would stay here again.

Everything was top notch. The Mexican restaurant which shares the parking was excellent portions and fairly priced. We went to the Ark experience, which was about 1/2 mile down the road. The staff was friendly and maid service was done daily an unexpected treat.

Excellent staff. Everyone was cordial and friendly to deal with. Price for the services and rooms very affordable. Close to the Ark Encounter which was a huge plus. I would definitely refer friends and family.

Property was clean. A little old and noticed a cleaning smell when you went back inside the room but overall not bad. A very good Mexican restaurant was basically on the hotel property.
