"My spouse and I wanted to stay in this area to stargaze with our basic telescope. The cottage has a beautiful view of the sky. A couple of bowls in the cupboard has been put away without being cleaned first, but our stay was otherwise great. Nicole was very responsive and kind."

"This was a great house for our large extended family. Anything we needed was right at our fingertips. I would definitely stay here again."

"Decided to get away for a relaxing weekend and this home was the perfect location. My husband and I loved spending the weekend here. The atmosphere was so calming and serene with beautiful scenery & sunsets. The enclosed backyard was a plus for our large dog who also enjoyed the outdoors. The house has everything one needs to enjoy one's stay for indoors and outdoors. Thank you Dale for your availability and your lovely waterfront lake home. "

"Great location, newly renovated house, management was very responsive and helpful, only issue is the sulphur smell in the water. It’s hard to drink the water or take shower with such a strong smell. Hope they fix it somehow. Otherwise an outstanding place with amazing views right from inside the house "

"It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning."

"This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."

Inside of modular was very comfortable clean and modern i think we were given a great description of the inside it did not disappoint but it was described as a house in the discription so that was I felt a little misleading that being said once we we settled in and began to enjoy our time we all quickly realized we were happy and loved our time there the host responded to us anytime we needed anything and they were happy to help us with anything so I would...

"We highly recommend this luxurious property. It is exceptionally and thoughtfully well appointed. You truly do not need to bring anything beyond clothing and groceries. The beautiful house and grounds are tranquil and the owner, Maria, was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely choose this Clearlake vacation rental again."
