"I had this rental booked for a month. I didn't hear from the property host about check in details, so I sent them a message the morning of our trip. I received a message a couple hours later that they were sorry they overlooked our reservation and the unit was no longer available, so they cancelled it. We were already on our way driving up to our vacation when we were told we no longer had a place to stay. Totally unacceptable."

"We were locked out of the property and had to contact vrbo. They have check in at 4 pm but close at 4:30 pm. They give you the code to get into loft but the gate is locked so it is useless. Tub/shower insert is old but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not allowed to use hot tub. Need to go up a flight of stairs to get to loft. For the price we paid I am disappointed."

"My spouse and I wanted to stay in this area to stargaze with our basic telescope. The cottage has a beautiful view of the sky. A couple of bowls in the cupboard has been put away without being cleaned first, but our stay was otherwise great. Nicole was very responsive and kind."

"We gathered as a family of 11 for Christmas get together. The house was festive and adorned with full size Christmas tree and hot chocolate platter. There was plenty of comfortable space for all. Kitchen was well appointed. Even though we had rainy weather we were able to enjoy the beach, hot tub and outdoor areas. The host responded immediately to any inquiry we had!
