Fantastic location in The Village of Richmond! This beautifully decorated house has 2 BR 2 BA and an office space. Enjoy a 5 min ride to Brownwood Square, and not far from the brand new Sawgrass Grove and the ever-loved Lake Sumter Landing, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars, and nightly live music. And do not worry about driving, just take a ride in the golf cart provided! You will be near numerous pools, golf courses, and pickleball courts. Catch the Village Vibe here!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
